How do you get rid of subtitles in films?

I rip the film and remove the subtitles as long as they are not hard coded as in 'painted' on. For example, 'The Bad Sister' with Bette Davis has Swedish subtitles that are white and even using an .iso does not get rid of them. Software from IMToo has just been released where they sort of cover up these types of subtitles. It seems it would distort the film so I won't even try it.

If the film is not an .iso already, convert it to an .iso and then rip the subtitles. The VIDEO_TS format also allows you to strip the subtitles. I find subtitles distracting and get rid of them as much as I can!

Good luck!
